Human Performance Fitness

Human Performance Fitness is focusted on high-intensity, functional movement, from various categories and exercises such as: calisthenics, weightlifting, powerlifting, plyometric, body weight exercises, indoor rowing, and aerobic exercise, and running.

Mon – Fri: 0530, 0630, 1800

Mon – Thurs: 1700

Intro to HPF: Fridays at 1700
