Workouts designed to increase PT scores by engaging in a high impact workout. It’s designed to hit every muscle with a variety of exercises. These include squats, pushups, crunches, wall sitting, Russian Twists and many more. The class will last for an hour. There will be a ten minute warm up followed by forty minutes of a high intensity workout out followed by a ten minute cool down. The class will be held at the annex.
