The SkillBridge Program provides eligible transitioning DAF members opportunities to develop their career skills through civilian on-the-job training, employment skills training, apprenticeships, and internships to help them prepare to transition from military to civilian employment. This briefing provides individuals with overview of the eligibility requirements, types of programs available, and application procedures.
