Equipment Rental

Rental Terms & Fees

Fees are based on daily use. (Time equipment is out, not time equipment is used)

All reservations must be paid in full at time of booking.

Customer is financially responsible for any and all damage equipment might sustain during rental period.

Customer is responsible to check equipment’s condition and, if needed, to ask for oral or written operation instructions. If any item is unacceptable, customer may ask Outdoor Recreation staff to exchange it.

Reservations may be transferred up to ONE time 3 or more business days prior to reservation start date.
all towable equipment must be picked up 30 minutes prior to closing.

Cleaning Fee
  • A minimum $50 cleaning fee will be charged for any equipment that is returned dirty. Additional cleaning fees are subject to manager approval.
Late Fee
  • Late fees will be charged after NOON on the specified return date at the daily rate until date that equipment is returned.
Refunds
  • Reservations cancelled 4 or more business days prior to reservation start date may receive a full refund.
  • Reservations cancelled 1-3 business days prior to reservation start date may receive a 50% refund.
  • Reservations cancelled day of start date will not be refunded.
  • Refunds will not be given for bad weather, previously transferred equipment, or if the customer does not know how to use the equipment.

Reservations

Reservations must be made in person. We do not take reservations over the phone at this time.

Reservations may be made up to 30 days in advance.

Axe trailer, camper, and boats require reservations be made no less than 72 hours in advance.

Vehicles must have proper wiring for equipment rented. Refunds will not be issued for improper or non-functional wiring on the tow vehicle at time of pick-up.

Walk-ins are always welcome but will be accommodated on a first-come, first-serve basis.
