Join Jess at the Freedom I Fitness Center for Glow Cycle class every Wednesday at 5:30 am! It is a high intensity/low impact cycle class with an old school hip hop playlist in the dark with blacklights and glow bracelets. Wear white or light colors to glow, or dark if you don’t want to be seen.
