Mission

The Manpower and Organization (M&O) Flight is comprised of a team of professional consultants who assist leadership at all levels in determining minimum manpower resource requirements to accomplish the organization’s mission by utilizing the most efficient and effective tools and techniques for manpower resource management.

The M&O team is responsible for enforcing AF organizational structure and resource rules while maintaining proper requirements and organizational structure. As HQ ACC’s wartime liaison, the M&O team is also responsible for building UTC/DRMD requirements for local WRIs and combat flag exercises.
